HOW DO YOU AVAIL THIS OFFER?

 

To Register and Use myBiz: Go to mybiz.makemytrip.com and register yourself using your company email id. Input company details including PAN and GST. To make a booking on desktop go to makemytrip.com, login using your work email id (remember to tick the check box for corporate login). To make a booking on the mobile app, open the MakeMyTrip app, switch to ‘myBiz’ and log in using the same email id.

 

To Get Holiday Gift Card of Rs.10,000: When the first booking is made by the company, the company, a Holiday Gift Card of Rs. 10,000 is sent within 7 days of travel complete. The booking should be done on or before 30^th June 18, after the company is registered and verified on myBiz during the offer period,

 

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

 

1) Offer is valid only for new company registered during offer period (7^th June – 20^th June 18).

 

2) The offer will be applicable only if first booking by the company is made on or before 30^th June 18

 

3) On making your first booking, Holiday Gift Card of Rs.10,000 will be sent over the email to the email id of the booker within 7 business days from the date of travel.

 

CONDITIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

 

In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for gift card.

 

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1) This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.

 

2) MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether

 

3) In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the Cardholders or any travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the bookings.

 

4) In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of cashback under this offer

 

5) MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer

 

6) Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi

 

7) User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply

 

8) Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount

 

9) This program is not valid for MakeMyTrip's apps on Windows Phone and BlackBerry platforms

 

10) For successfully registering the company, providing PAN card of the company is must.

 

11) For GST benefits to accrue on the transactions, correct GST details need to be provided while registering the company.

 

12) 1% cash back for wallet upload will be limited to a maximum of INR 5000 per company.

 

13) This offer is not valid for travel agents and other travel service providers.
